Venue of the Arbitration

This is where the dispute is heard.
- eg Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney.
It is not the seat of the arbitration which is far more important.
Often as a matter of convenience (travel time, arbitral facilities and banking convenience):
- If the above locations are not agreeable then sometimes:
- Hawaii is nominated by our Customers as the venue of the arbitration when US companies and Australian companies are in dispute.
- Hong Kong is nominated by our Customers as the venue of the arbitration when Chinese companies and Australian companies are in dispute.
- London is nominated by our Customers as the venue of the arbitration when European companies and Australian companies are in dispute.
